The Da G Kamp and Pimp C collaboration “Stack Money” is where Pimp’s verses on “Let’s Talk Money” and “What Up” originally came from. The history behind the track is also convoluted as hell.

While I can’t be sure, I’m guessing that it was originally recorded some time around late 2006 or early 2007. A music video for it was filmed in Port Arthur in October of 2007, and was the very last music video that Pimp appeared in before he died. At the time, the track was titled “Stackin’ Money” and it was credited to a group calling themselves Three Kings. Unfortunately, since it was a video, all the cusses were removed.

Later, a behind-the-scenes style clip featuring the chorus and Pimp’s uncensored verse appeared on Vol. 3 of the Pitch Control Mixtape DVD series. While the track was still titled “Stackin’ Money,” it credits two dudes named Ju-Boy and D.O. instead of Three Kings.

An album featuring the track wouldn’t appear until two years later—with the shortened title of “Stack Money”—when a group calling themselves Da G Kamp (who I have to assume must be Ju-Boy and D.O.) put out Against All Oddz, their apparent “pre-release album b4 da album.” Since I haven’t been able to find anything else by them, so I guess it ended up being Da G Kamp’s only release.

As far as I know, Against All Oddz is only available on iTunes and Amazon.
